Atrium Ljungberg has carried out a large-scale tenant adaptation of the Glashuset at Slussen, Södermalm, to meet the needs of modern and dynamic companies. Between 2018 and 2020, the property, known for its central location and historical significance, underwent extensive renovations and adaptations across a total of 9,500 sqm of modern office space.

2018-2019
During these years, new tenants such as CONVENDUM, SEB, Looström, HiQ, and Avaus were welcomed. Spaces were specially adapted for CONVENDUM to create coworking areas spanning several floors, offering flexible work environments for both small and large companies. Despite challenges of working in an occupied environment with existing tenants, such as TT (Tidningarnas Telegrambyrå), the project successfully balanced the needs of all parties involved.

2020
This year, Fidell has played a critical role by providing design coordination and installation coordination for adaptations on one of the building's floors. Their contribution has ensured that all technical installations are carried out correctly and efficiently, with an emphasis on coordination between the various technical disciplines. The success of the project has been strongly tied to the excellent collaboration within the execution team, enabling a smooth process despite the intensive environment and logistical challenges.
