Fidell has undertaken an extensive process to renovate and design its new office at Odenplan. This project, which began with a careful demolition of existing spaces, has resulted in the creation of a unique and personalized office that reflects the organization’s dynamic work style and cultural values.

Design and functionality in harmony:
The office’s 275 square meters are carefully designed to support both the formal and informal needs of our 35 employees. Architectural decisions focused on creating an open, flexible environment that fosters collaboration and communication. With 16 workstations, five customized meeting rooms, and two private rooms, complemented by mobile phone pods, every detail has been optimized to support a fluid, dynamic workday.

A center for collaboration and corporate culture:
Our office serves as a central hub for Fidell BM's decentralized operations. Here, employees from various projects and backgrounds come together to share experiences, knowledge, and ideas. It is a place where our corporate culture is visible and tangible—a space that is not just a physical workspace but a living, breathing part of our identity.

From the kitchen to the balcony and the innovative 'train cabins,' our office offers a variety of environments for meetings and conversations.
