The project aims to transform an existing premises in Stockholm into a state-of-the-art data hall. The project covers a total area of approximately 4,500 sqm, including advanced facilities such as a data hall, battery room, switchgear, generators, fire suppression system, fan room, a reception area, and office spaces. This adaptation is designed to meet the growing demands for digital storage capacity.

Fidell plays a critical role in the project as the Principal Contractor for Health and Safety (BAS-U), responsible for ensuring that all occupational health and safety aspects comply with relevant laws and regulations. They also contribute to creating and maintaining a positive work environment and climate throughout the construction process. In addition, Fidell manages on-site logistics, including cleaning and the setup of worksite facilities, which are essential for the project’s progress and efficiency.
