The primary goal of the project was to conduct a thorough assessment of existing data halls, focusing on operations, technology, documentation, processes, and staffing. The purpose was to provide critical business support during negotiations for the acquisition of a data center and to support the subsequent transition process to COLO (Colocation) for services and operations.
The assignment consisted of two main tasks:
Survey the data halls to facilitate and inform business negotiations.
Provide support in the transition process for services and commissioning of data halls, including technical and operational assistance to ensure a smooth transition and efficient operation of the new facilities.
This strategic effort was crucial to ensuring that all aspects of data center operations were optimized and that the transition was carried out efficiently, with minimal disruptions.
