Brädstapeln 13 on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, an architectural icon designed by Anders Tengbom and Stefan Salamon in the early 1970s, has undergone an extensive renovation to transform it into a state-of-the-art office building. As part of the project, the building achieved a BREEAM certification at the level of VERY GOOD, highlighting its environmental sustainability and technical modernity

The renovation included a complete replacement of all installations within the property. Fidell played a central role as installation manager, responsible for ensuring that all technical systems were efficiently updated in accordance with the latest standards for energy efficiency and functionality.
