Fidell acted as construction and installation manager on behalf of Locum during the renovation of the neurological clinic’s new premises. The project aimed to create modern, efficient facilities tailored to the clinic’s specific needs. The new layout clearly separates administrative areas from patient spaces, improving both hygiene and privacy. The upgraded premises are brighter, more sound-insulated, and energy-efficient, thanks to modern LED lighting and a sky ceiling feature in the waiting area. At the same time, technical systems such as electrical, ventilation, and plumbing were upgraded to ensure sustainability and reliable operation. The overall goal was to provide a better working environment for staff and a more welcoming and accessible space for patients.
