Technical upgrade of a 100-year-old property.

Scope: Tenant adaptation of 1,600 sqm across three floors, including a new fan room.

The project at the Resedan 3 property, located next to Vasaparken in Stockholm, involves an extensive tenant adaptation of approximately 1,600 sqm across three floors. Fidell plays a central role in this project as construction manager, responsible for installation coordination. In connection with the tenant adaptation, a new fan room of approximately 120 sqm is also being constructed to enhance the building's ventilation system.

The challenging aspect of the project lies in working within a nearly 100-year-old building that remains occupied during construction, requiring special consideration for existing tenants and ongoing operations. The project also includes the installation of a new elevator, construction of a new staircase, a new entrance, and large window sections that restore the building's original appearance.
